All orders are subject to a verification process to ensure that no false orders are placed.

Once verification process is successful, a deposit is required before the surfboard will be shaped.

During the period of the verification process, communications between Dale Chapman Surfboards and you the customer will occur to ensure that all provided details are correct.

Orders may take up to a week to be processed and verified.

Cancellation of an order during and after the time of production will result in a full payment of the total cost of the surfboard.
